Accessing, browsing, or using any websites, applications, digital platforms, podcasts, newsletters, informational services, social media channels, multimedia content, or digital products operated by Intolerancia Media Group, affiliated websites, applications, and related platforms (hereinafter referred to as the “Site” or the “Services”), grants any individual the status of User and implies full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
If the User does not agree, in whole or in part, with these Terms and Conditions, the User must refrain from accessing, browsing, or using any of the Services.
PURPOSE AND SCOPE OF SERVICES
Through its platforms, Intolerancia Media Group makes available journalistic, editorial, audiovisual, graphic, audio, photographic, radio, podcast, live-streaming, newsletter, application, database, publication, interview, column, trademark, logo, and other digital or physical materials (collectively, the “Content”), whether proprietary or licensed from third parties.
Intolerancia Media Group reserves the right, at any time and without prior notice, to modify, suspend, restrict, or remove any section, content, functionality, product, or service.
Additionally, Intolerancia Media Group may deny, limit, or terminate access to any User who violates these Terms or improperly uses the platforms.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY AND COPYRIGHT

Any reproduction, distribution, commercialization, modification, publication, retransmission, data mining, automated extraction using bots, scrapers, artificial intelligence systems, or any similar mechanism, as well as any total or partial exploitation of the Content for commercial or profit-making purposes, is strictly prohibited without prior written authorization from Intolerancia Media Group.
Access to the Content is granted exclusively for personal, informational, and non-commercial use. Partial citation of journalistic materials is permitted provided that clear attribution to Intolerancia Media Group and the corresponding media outlet is visibly included.
PUBLISHED INFORMATION

GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION
For the interpretation, compliance, and enforcement of these Terms and Conditions, the parties agree that the applicable laws shall be the federal laws of the United Mexican States, and any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Puebla, Puebla, Mexico, expressly waiving any other jurisdiction that may otherwise apply.
